The March 16 hate crime murder of six Asian-American females and the rise of Asian hate since the Covid pandemic heightened the awareness of anti-AAPI discrimination in the U.S. However, there has been a long history of anti-AAPI sentiment and violence in the U.S.

In this Educate Activity, eGirl Power Junior Council members learned about significant events, milestones and waves of anti-AAPI sentiment in the U.S.
